Frocked on a London Catwalk!
Frocked de la Vallière were asked to show on a London Catwalk …& whilst still in our 1st year…& only our 2nd ever fashion show!!
After appearing on Profile’s London catwalk (did I mention we were still in our 1st year??), Frocked de la Vallière were featured, with a double-page colour spread, in Cheshire Life. Picturing one of the Directors, our hand-painted hangers, & some of our frocks & special occasion eveningwear dresses, the article opens with a mention of style icon (& now designer for Top Shop) Kate Moss, & Welsh weather girl Sian Lloyd!
Pearl Lowe’s daughter Daisy Lowe; now extensively featured in the media including fashion must-see glossies Vogue & ELLE, also has her name mentioned after modelling one of the Frocked de la Vallière special occasion dresses on the London catwalk; the Cappuccino Posh Frock – Full-length Dress. The iconic Isabella Blow, who has sadly since passed but who was instrumental in spotting & helping emerging talented designers like Alexander McQueen & Philip Treacy, & who was Editor of Tatler, has also been mentioned in this article, which was kindly written by Janet Reeder.

Daisy Lowe, daughter of Pearl Lowe & Gavin Rossdale, who features in an 8-page spread of the March ‘07 edition of In-Style magazine, modelled the Cappuccino Posh-Frock – Full-length Dress for Frocked, & again for the award finale…where Isabella Blow said she liked the cut of our frocks!
